Checkout to Dispatch
From checkout to your doorstep, we keep things moving. As soon as you place your order, a confirmation email lands in your inbox and preparation begins. Processing takes 0-1 business days, Monday through Friday. When your package ships, we send a tracking link so you can follow its route all the way home.

Handing Over to the Carrier
Once processing wraps up, we hand your parcel to the carrier and it heads out on its route. Within the United States, transit time is 1-3 business days, and the carrier sets the exact delivery schedule.

Unexpected Delays
If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery window, check your tracking information. If you need help, contact us at support@towenal.com with your order number and we look into the issue.

If You Need to Cancel
To cancel an order, email support@towenal.com as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered processing or shipment can be cancelled. If your order has already sent, you can return it after delivery in line with our return policy.
