Return and Refund Policy
Pivotal Information:
- Return Window: Up to 30 days after delivery.
- No Extra Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges.

Making a Return
If you wish to return an item, contact us at support@towenal.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details.
Please keep in mind, there are certain rules and conditions regarding returns, and these concern the state of the goods. The rules are:
- items are unwashed,
- items show no visible use,
- all labels and/or tags are still intact.
Requests sent after the 30-day period will be respectfully denied.
Making a Return
Before returning any item, please email support@towenal.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return (we accept returns for any reason, change of mind included).
We will review your request and confirm the next steps. Returns sent without prior approval will be denied. After approval, you will receive clear instructions with the return address. When shipping, pack the item securely in the original packaging or equally sturdy materials to prevent damage in transit. Customers pay all return shipping costs.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll check it and start the refund right away. The money goes back to the original payment method within 7 days, and we do not charge restocking fees. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as the refund is released. Your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to show the funds on your statement. If anything feels unclear, just reach out and we’ll help.
Exchanging Your Item
If you would like to exchange an item, email support@towenal.com with the details of the replacement you need. We will guide you through the exchange procedure. We are also able to amend your original order (provided it hasn't been dispatched).
Canceling Your Order
To cancel an order, email support@towenal.com as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered processing or shipment can be cancelled. If your order has already been sent, you can return it after delivery in line with our return policy.

If your delivery is damaged or the item does not match your order in any way, email support@towenal.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your case, provide the next steps, and arrange a fast solution such as a replacement or a refund.
